What’s involved in a roof restoration?

A roof restoration starts with pressure washing the roof, removing all moss, dirt, leaves and tannins. We will then repair the ridge capping, replacing mortar and pointing also replace any broken tiles. Next, we will coat the roof in Dulux Prep Treat, to prevent the regrowth of moss. After this dries we then apply a sealer depending on the condition of the tile, this will determine the sealer used. Then again once it dries, apply 2 coats of Dulux Acratex Membrane roofing paint.

Are you licenced and insured?

Yes, Town & Country Roofing Services SA is fully licenced (BLD 291975), insured and qualified – we find this is what sets us apart from our competition. That Matthew, our owner, is a qualified roof tiler, and can tile a new roof from start to finish and is licenced to do so.

How much will a roof restoration cost?

There are many factors we consider when quoting, the type of tile you have, the access, the pitch (how steep) it is, how much work is required to repair any damage before we can paint. Therefore, we feel the best way to quote you, is to inspect your roof and offer a free quote, as the factors vary from roof to roof.
